For me the experience was enjoyable for several reasons: I learned new things to help me develop my work, reinforced some better knowledge and especially helped me to visualize processes and analyze situations from a different point of view "in elimination/reduction the variation of processes is the key to improvement." I thank and congratulate the International School of Business for this initiative and their instructors who gave us their knowledge and experience. At the same time invite others to prepare themselves with these tools and lookup the ASQ certification.

For me it was a great experience to update my knowledge in quality, now under the Six Sigma's scheme, and at the same time be able to share and exchange views with professionals from different industries in which I learned a lot, too. I personally believe that having been certified with Black Belt at the appropriate time, gave to the Executive Management of the company the final push to take the choice to appoint me as Corporate Director of Quality for all Gildan. Today I can tell you that it's worth, it is not easy, we must dedicate many hours of study, practice and analysis, but it's worth, not only to those who worked in quality, but for those responsible for a process either productive or service.
